Gym in a Bag

I took the TRX Suspension Course Sunday in San Diego. Admittedly, I thought it would be a relaxing day of sipping my morning coffee, getting good demos and maybe a little practical work. I was wrong.

The day was packed with hands on, muscles engaged work. The course was stacked with fitness professionals with tons of experience. Additionally, there was woman in her 50s who signed because she wanted to workout at home or while on travel with her job.

Your ‘Anywhere’ Workout Equipment
Because the TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) is self-regulated for all levels of difficulty – anyone can use it. I use it with my clients and I just found out that my 66-year-old mom uses it with her personal trainer in her hometown. Because it attaches anywhere – vertical or horizontal, even a door – my clients can take it with them when they travel. It’s folds up compactly into a little mesh bag no bigger than a folded hand towel. A no excuses, no frills piece of equipment, for sure!
