
Here I am (2nd row, far left) with 18 of the 22 powerful women who are in my Ultimate Thinner Winner Contest. We are meeting 3 days per week. Today’s workout:
- line drill warm up
- 12min timed run/walk
- 60 second plank/hover
- 90 seconds to max out pushups
- abdominal exercises
- stretch
They all have exercise homework each day a food/exercise journal and an accountability team (via private forum) for support and mentoring by me.
They are ready for the bar to be raised on Wednesday. I’m so excited for them all!
