			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A virtual show of hands, please&#8230;.How many people want a great looking back?  &lt;hands down now.&gt; Then, why are you training your chest <em>at least</em> twice as much?</p>
<p>From traditional chest building exercises like the bench press, chest flys to the prone pushup and planks &#8211; we&#8217;re all spending way to much time face down.  Posture is suffering thanks to <span id="more-629"></span>our leaning forward to do everyday tasks like computer work and folding of laundry.</p>
<p>For the next 3 weeks work your back twice as much as you work your chest.  Make sure to focus on these solid back exercises:</p>
<p>1. Pullup.  If you need to modify it start with using a chair to stand on and make the work be the &#8216;negative&#8217; portion of the exercise (when you are bearing the weight).</p>
<p>2. Heavy Rope pulls</p>
<p>3. Bent-over Rows</p>
