Two Rules for Successful Weight Loss & Fitness Results

The anchors of all my coaching and mentoring based on 20 years of training Olympic level athletes to weight loss challengers are boiled down to two recurring MUST HAVEs for success:

  1. Incremental Success Markers – Creating achievable low goals (hurdle is low to start) that build confidence and momentum.
  2. The Need for Accountability – Nobody ever achieved their greatest success alone. It is in weakness we find our strength, and that’s where community, team, and masterminding is so valuable to achieving your greatest success.
